If you are a manager/owner, please ensure that all of your team is aware of this upcoming implementation.  

I may not have everyone on my distribution list, and I want to ensure that everyone who uses IGO receives this.

On July 26, 2024, Manulife will be implementing an Identity Access Management solution on its travel insurance platform, IGOinsured.com. This enhancement will make our system more secure and increase the protection of sensitive customer and agent data.

 What does this mean?

Each IGOinsured user will be required to set up an Advisor Manulife ID and password. Your Advisor Manulife ID will replace your existing IGOinsured login credentials.

As a reminder, there is no action required by agents/owners at this point.

You just need to familiarize yourself with what needs to be done the morning of July 26.
