Hello everyone,
We had an update last evening on the system to correct a glitch that was not allowing sum insured to be increased on the Premium Protection Plans. (this has now been fixed)
This update might have caused some of you to see blank screens when trying to sign in or other issues this morning trying to sign in. Please follow the below steps which should clear this up for you and get you back into the system.
Please note, now that the new system is launched, we will have continual updates to improve or correct any glitches that may happen. If you experience issues in the future signing in. Just follow the below steps again. Almost 100% of the time it clears up the issue and gets you back into the system.
Step1: Clear your browser history (cache and cookies - (do not click off to clear passwords).
Step 2: Sign back into your browser after you have cleared cache and cookies.
Step 3: Manually type in the travel insurance website which is: www.manulifetravel.ca. This should now lead you to the sign in page where you use your Manulife ID credentials to sign in.
Moving forward if you run into any difficulties when signing in. Please follow the above steps again and this should clear up the issue for you.
