Manulife Medical Questionnaire and the Canada Post Strike

As you may be aware, the ongoing Canada Post strike is affecting our usual mailing processes. We understand that this may pose some challenges, particularly with the submission of Medical Questionnaires after issuing a policy.
To ensure a smooth continuation of services and minimize disruption, we are implementing the following temporary measures:
- Storage and Group Mailing of Medical Questionnaires:
- During the postal strike, please collect and store all Medical Questionnaires that you would normally mail in after issuing a policy.
- Once the postal strike is resolved, you can mail these questionnaires in one consolidated group. This will help streamline the process and ensure that all necessary documentation is received promptly.
- Urgent Claims Requiring Immediate Documentation:
- In the event that a claim requires an immediate copy of the Medical Questionnaire, please use a courier service to send the document to us. This will ensure that we have the necessary paperwork to process the claim without delay.
