I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season and were able to relax and recharge with family and friends.

You may have noticed that our Licensing and Compliance team began sending renewal notices last year (see example below from Manulife). These emails serve as reminders that your license is due for renewal and request that you reply to confirm once you have renewed. 

Also note for those agents that require CE credits to renew their insurance licenses.  It is your responsibility to ensure you have the allotted number of CE credits required for the province where you hold your license to renew your license on time.

These notices will be sent to all agencies and agents holding the applicable travel insurance license for their province. To help ensure no one misses their renewal, three reminders will be issued prior to the expiry date.

Please note:

• If your license renewal is not confirmed by the due date, access to MAP will be deactivated until Manulife receives confirmation of your renewal.
• Reactivating your login may take several days, so it’s important not to leave this until the last minute.

To avoid any disruption, please renew your license promptly and respond to the notice as soon as your renewal is complete.
