As BDM's, we are always talking with our partners about the importance of selling Manulife travel insurance versus supplier waivers.
I want to share an example from this weekend that hit the news.
Although this is such a tragic story and my heart goes out to the families involved, it does speak to the importance of ensuring that you really take the time that it deserves to talk about the real differences of supplier coverage versus an excellent Manulife Travel Insurance plan such as the PPP.
In this story, the person talked specifically about how critical it is to have that money back so that he can pay for bills such as funeral expenses - not vouchers. It also mentioned that vouchers are only valid for one year.
