IMPORTANT NOTICE:  March 16, 2023

During the pandemic, when your clients received a full credit from Supplier(s), for all their travel arrangements, and there was no claim submitted against the policy, Manulife permitted the recycling of their Travel Insurance policy, for their subsequent trip.

The cutoff date to repurpose their policies is being extended to April 30, 2023.  After that time, your client will no longer be able to recycle unused policies.

If you have clients impacted by the above deadline, who wish to refund their client’s policy, and do not have any claims paid or pending against their policy, please reach out to the Contact Centre to request an authorization to cancel.
